Solution
1. If the reset of the laser cutting machine driver is abnormal, you should first check whether the parameter settings are correct. By changing the parameters of the motherboard, the problem of abnormal reset can be solved.
2. Turn off the laser cutting machine and push the beam with your hand to see if there is resistance. If there is any obstacle, arrange it and check whether the tensioner on the left is tight.
3. Check whether the laser cutting machine's timing belt, bald head, blow tube, and energy chain are stuck.
4. See if there is too much dust on the guide rail of the laser cutting machine. Clean the dust and add lubricating oil to the slider.
5. Push the trolley to see if there is any friction or shaking. If the slider gap is too large, you need to replace the laser machine slider.
6. Check whether the beam is seriously offset. The left and right sides must not be greater than 2MM. Check whether the support wheels on both sides are damaged and whether the drive is smooth.
7. Check whether the wires connecting the motor and driver (block) are in good contact.
8. Turn on the machine to see if the vibration appears on that axis. The trolley is still a beam. Disconnect the power of one axis to test whether the motor and driver (block) of the other axis are faulty. Interchangeable tests to find out if the problem is with the motor or the drive (block).
9. For models equipped with resistance bars, the resistance should be measured. If the resistance is not correct, replace the resistance bar.
10. When the laser cutting machine is reset, the direction is correct, but at the end, the beam cannot stop and hit the machine. Check if the motherboard parameters are correct. The sensor cable is broken or the sensor is damaged, and the magnet is in a reasonable position.
11. Is there too much dust on the sensor (photoelectric sensor).

12. If the problem persists, the motherboard may be faulty. You need to replace the laser control motherboard.
